Looking to stock your shelves, prepare for an event, or create a custom collection? Our wholesale cold process soap loaves are handcrafted to order, giving you the opportunity to choose scents, colors, and finishing details that fit your needs.

How Wholesale Ordering Works

Please contact us by email before purchasing. We’ll work together to create a plan for your wholesale order, including:

• Number of soap loaves
• Fragrance selections 
• Color choices 
• Optional glitter on top 
• Any other available design preferences 

Not sure what you want? No problem! You can also leave the creative details to us, and we’ll select the scents and colors for your order.

Once we have finalized your order details and confirmed the number of loaves needed, you can purchase the agreed-upon quantity through the wholesale listing.

Processing & Cure Time

Wholesale orders require approximately 5 weeks before shipping. Cold process soap needs time to fully cure before it is ready to be packaged and shipped. This timeframe also allows us adequate time to carefully prepare, package, and fulfill your order. Larger wholesale orders may require additional handling and packing time.

Planning for a holiday, special event, launch, or seasonal collection? Please order well in advance. We recommend reaching out as early as possible so there is enough time for production, curing, packaging, and shipping.

The Beauty of Handmade Soap

Every bar is handcrafted, which means no two bars will look exactly alike. When multiple colors are used, variations in swirls, patterns, and color placement are completely normal and are part of what makes handmade soap unique.

You may also occasionally notice glycerin rivers or small mica spots within a bar. These are normal characteristics that can occur during the cold process soap-making process and do not affect the quality or use of the soap.

Wholesale Order Policy

Because wholesale soap is made specifically for each order and a body product, all wholesale sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted on wholesale orders. 

By purchasing your wholesale order, you acknowledge and accept the agreed-upon order details, production timeframe, and natural variations associated with handcrafted cold process soap.

Wholesale Labeling

All wholesale soaps are packaged and labeled with our Black Fern branding and product labels. Our labels will remain on all soaps included in your wholesale order so customers can identify Black Fern as the maker of the product.

At this time, we do not offer private label or white label services, and our branding cannot be removed or replaced with another business’s branding.

Wholesale purchasing allows you to carry and resell our handcrafted soaps in your shop, boutique, salon, gift boxes, or other retail setting while keeping the Black Fern brand and labeling intact.
